Browse and add as many items to your shopping cart as you wish. During this time, you may see what is in your shopping cart by clicking View Cart in the top right of any page. When you are done shopping, click Checkout. Checking out is a short, easy process!
- Step 1: Check to make sure you have all the products you want, and enter any coupons or promotions you have at this time.
- Step 2:Enter Billing Address. This information must match the information on file with your credit card company.
- Step 3: Enter Shipping Address. If this is the same as the Bill-to information, simply check the box directly under the Shipping Address heading
- Step 4: Enter credit card information. Note that, for greater security, we now require you to enter the CVV2, which is the 3-digit number on the back of your card or on the front of your American Express card.
- Step 5: Print receipt for your records. If you provide an email address, we will send you an electronic copy of your receipt for your records.

How We Ship
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you place your order for it to arrive.
Pioneer Pet Products, LLC can only ship to the United States and Canada.
Orders to Canada have a $9.95 surcharge. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and elsewhere require additional shipping charges. The shipping amount indicated will not reflect actual shipping charges; you will be contacted to obtain your approval of the final shipping charges prior to the order processing.
Our Return Policy
Products purchased directly from Pioneer Pet may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund of your item. To return an item, please print out and complete our return form and include the Pioneer Pet Return Form in the box with the items you are returning. Charges for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
